What happened with Techinvest Capital and Tech Invest Series 1–4 Ltd?

The directors Andrew Pritchard and Stuart Pritchard have set up multiple companies in the aim to persuade individuals to invest. They have registered the following companies in the UK; Tech Invest Series 1 Ltd / Tech Invest Series 2 Limited / Tradrlab Equity Holdings Limited

(previously Tech Invest Series 3 Ltd) and Tech Invest Series 4 Ltd.

They claimed claimed they focused on London-listed technology stocks (small/“under-the-radar” tech firms) - and claimed to provide “analysis and clear recommendations” to help investors identify opportunities.
