Ironclad Investments (IC Investments)- Reimbursement Update
Ironclad Investments (IC Investments & Ironclad Markets) was an investment company operated by CEO Nick Kafkoulas which offered promising returns and specialised in Forex trading.
What happened with Ironclad Investments (IC Investments)?
It has subsequently transpired that there is an ongoing police investigation into the company for alleged fraudulent activity.
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has warned against Ironclad Investments, confirming it’s unauthorised and urging the public to avoid it.
We have spoken to hundreds of investors with Ironclad Investments (also known as IC Investing Ltd & Ironclad Markets) who have unfortunately lost money to this complex and elaborate scam.
Recently, Refundee has seen an increase in Forex trading scams, with promises of high guaranteed returns, only for everything to come crashing down and investors losing their funds. Some similar cases we have seen recently are HW Consulting Group Limited & Monetio. This shows that investors need to be more aware than ever to spot these complex scams.
Update on Reimbursements:
The good news is that cases connected to Ironclad Investments are moving in a positive direction, with successful recovery through UK banking regulations. This shows that recovery can be possible in situations like these.
One of our clients invested £10,000 through Natwest in Ironclad Investments’ fake forex investment, with the promise of 3% guaranteed returns per month.
They believed all hope was lost and their money was gone for good. We conducted a thorough investigation before submitting the case to the bank and then the Financial Ombudsman. We managed to recover all of our clients' £10,000 funds plus interest, helping them get their lives back on track.
What to do if you have invested?
If you’ve been affected, it’s important to know you’re not alone. We’re speaking to victims who are now seeing results from taking action - and we encourage others in the same position to get in touch with us to see if recovery may also be possible.

We assist in managing your case from beginning to end, alleviating the stress of revisiting previous events. Our fees are transparent, competitive within the industry, and simply structured without hidden charges.
You don’t need to seek professional representation to argue your case. You have the right to represent yourself for free. Of course, this means that you don’t incur a fee if you are successful.
We have recovered over £90million for our clients so far, with a proportion of this coming from Ironclad Investment clients we have represented. You can read more about our clients' experiences with us on TrustPilot.
How would the process work?
Refundee manages everything for you.
We begin with an investigation to understand what happened in your specific circumstances. After some paperwork, we handle your case from start to finish, working with your bank through to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
