Fabcourt Developments & Sentor Solutions Commercial Ltd- Funds Recovery
The companies involved include Sentor Solutions Commercial Ltd, Fabcourt Developments Ltd, Sentor Solutions Advisory Ltd, Sentor Solutions Ltd (Sentor Group), and others operating under different names such as Hall Contracting Services Ltd and Clarkson Murphy Partners Ltd.
Sentor Solutions Advisory Ltd and Sentor Solutions Ltd recently changed their names and were trading as Hall Contracting Services Ltd and Clarkson Murphy Partners Ltd respectively. Investors were promised fixed returns of 8% in the form of “convertible loan notes” through property investments.
The companies claimed they were government backed and Sentor Solutions Commercial and Clarkson Murphy Partners claimed that they were acting as “security trustees”, voluntarily offering protection or oversight. These claims were false.
Fabcourt Developments Ltd was set up after Sampson Property Developments Ltd, previously known as Texmoore Limited, fell into administration after conducting the same failed investment. This was unknown to investors and was not openly discussed to clients.

The Financial Conduct Authority has issued a warning against Fabcourt Developments for their involvement within financial services, without being regulated.
There is also a consumer warning from the Financial Conduct Authority about Sentor Solutions Commercial Ltd.
