Vaquita Capital Investment - Reimbursement Update
Vaquita Capital was also known as Vaquita Fund SLP, Vaquita Services Limited, IGlobal Management and Robinson & Cooper Wealth Management. Headed by Ben Robinson and John Cooper, they claimed to be a regulated firm that was able to offer lucrative investments in CFDs, forex and stock indices. It was incredibly convincing to investors, who frequently attended webinars and even went to face to face events.
Vaquita followed a typical pattern of similar forex investments. However, it all came crashing down, and investors have lost large sums of money.
We have spoken to hundreds of investors with Vaquita Capital who have, unfortunately, lost money to this complex and elaborate scam involving the individuals Ben Robinson and John Cooper.
The Financial Conduct Authority has since issued a warning regarding their involvement in financial services without being regulated.
Update on Reimbursements:
The good news is that cases connected to Vaquita Capital are moving in a positive direction, with successful recovery through UK banking regulations. This shows that recovery can be possible in situations like these.
One of our clients invested £70,000 in what they believed to be a legitimate investment opportunity.
They lost their life savings and believed the money was gone for good.
Their case was initially rejected by Santander, which we then escalated to the Financial Ombudsman.
We conducted a thorough investigation into Vaquita Capital and used our experience within UK banking regulation to help our client recover their funds, plus interest.
Our client was able to get their life back on track and recover from being the victim of the Vaquita Capital scam.
What to do if you have invested?
Most UK banks are now admitting that this is fraudulent, and we believe most investors have a good chance of successfully recovering their funds.
If you’ve been affected, it’s important to know you’re not alone. We’re speaking to victims who are now seeing results from taking action - and we encourage others in the same position to get in touch with us to see if recovery may also be possible.
