What happened?
Vaquita Capital was also known as Vaquita Fund SLP, Vaquita Services Limited, IGlobal Management and Robinson & Cooper Wealth Management. They claimed to be a regulated firm that was able to offer lucrative investments in CFDs, forex and stock indices. It was incredibly convincing to investors, who frequently attended webinars and even went to face to face events.
However, it all came crashing down and investors have lost large sums of money.

Most banks have signed up to something called the Contingent Reimbursement Code and we think most people should be covered by this. Unfortunately, banks are currently denying people refunds using exclusion clauses under the Code, that we do not feel are fair or should apply.
