{{money-recovered-text}} recovered by Refundee
While Refundee helps with every type of scam, most of the money we've recovered is from investment fraud.
When a large investment fraud collapses, banks often falsely tell victims their loss is a civil dispute, or that no decision can be made until a law enforcement investigation concludes. In our experience, these reasons are used unfairly to refuse reimbursement. It is important that the case is managed in the right way, regulatory deadlines are met and cases go to the Financial Ombudsman Service only when properly evidenced.
Whether or not victims work together as a group can make or break a case and it is important people act in a co-ordinated manner. We have helped thousands of people recover their money in complex group cases and we understand all the options available.

“Group cases are where our expertise matters most. Every person who comes forward adds to the picture, and the more of the picture we can see, the stronger every individual claim becomes.”
How group claims work & when to take action
Group actions are complex and need an in-depth investigation to gather evidence. The more people who come forward, the more pieces of the jigsaw we can put together, and the stronger the case becomes.
Even if you are still being paid returns, or you are not yet sure it is a fraud, get in touch. We regularly monitor investment frauds while they are still underway, and there is a good chance we already know about the scheme you are invested in.
Refundee Ltd is a claims management company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in respect of regulated claims management activity FRN: 937096.

Yes, we’ve helped recover substantial amounts for our clients in large cases against Black Capital, Raedex Consortium and Unique Property Group. In total, we’ve recovered a combined £32 million for our clients across all three cases.
Generally, yes. Groups cases can be very complex and require a thorough investigation into what happened. When there are a large number of victims, we need to gather as much evidence as possible to increase the chances of recovering funds, with all evidence and testimony then needing to be comprehensively cross-referenced. In some cases, Refundee may also have to pay significant upfront court costs to obtain further evidence.
