Black Capital - Reimbursement Update
Black Capital, also known as Black Capital Partners was an investment scheme run by Sarju Patel and Ravneet Ubhi. Black Capital Partners sought out clients in the investment circuit and were introduced by “wealth creators” and wealth training providers. The company said that it was investing in Forex and had an algorithm that could beat the market.
What happened with Black Capital Partners?
The company has since gone into administration and the police are investigating. Refundee has been told that losses are in the millions.
We have spoken to hundreds of investors with Black Capital Partners who have unfortunately lost money to this complex and elaborate scam.
Recently, Refundee has seen an increase in forex investment groups collapsing and investors losing their funds, such as HW Consulting Group, Vaquita and Ironclad Investments.
Update on Reimbursements:
The good news is that cases connected to Black Capital Partners are moving in a positive direction, with successful recovery through UK banking regulations. This shows that recovery can be possible in situations like these.
One of our clients invested £50,000 through Lloyds Bank in the Black Capital case, in what they believed to be a legitimate investment opportunity.
They believed all hope was lost and their money was gone for good. We conducted a thorough investigation before submitting the case to the bank and then the Financial Ombudsman. We managed to recover all of our clients' £50,000 funds plus interest, helping them get their lives back on track.
What to do if you have invested?
If you’ve been affected, it’s important to know you’re not alone. We’re speaking to victims who are now seeing results from taking action - and we encourage others in the same position to get in touch with us to see if recovery may also be possible.
