Social Housing Holdings Limited (Social Housing Group / Jack Wicks

We are looking to speak to investors and investigate whether people may be eligible for reimbursement if they’ve lost money to Social Housing Holdings Limited where Jack Wicks is a director.

Jack Wicks, the director of Social Housing Group (SHG), ran a social housing rent-to-rent investment scheme where they claimed investor funds were to be used to sublease landlords' properties and renovate them to be suitable for social housing contracts. Social Housing Group and Jack Wicks proposed 3-year contracts with a 20% ROI to attract investors to the scheme.

What happened with the Social Housing Group?

The investment collapsed, with hundreds of investors unfortunately losing large amounts of money. Social Housing Group claimed financial problems and administration as the reason behind this; however, the director Jack Wicks has since been arrested.

There is an ongoing investigation called Operation Lily being conducted by the City of London Police into Social Housing Holdings Limited involving Jack Wicks.

Recently, Refundee has seen an increase in social housing and property investment groups collapsing and investors losing their funds, such as: CityGate Housing, Unique Property Group and Concept Capital Group (CCG)

What to do if you have invested?

Based on our assessment, we believe that the majority of affected people should be eligible for reimbursement through their banks. We understand that Social Housing Holdings has now stopped paying investors returns.

If you’ve been affected, it’s important to know you’re not alone. We’re speaking to many victims whom we are optimistic about recovering their funds, and we encourage others in the same position to get in touch with us to see if recovery may also be possible.
