Floodcheck Academy Limited - Recovering Your funds

Refundee is currently speaking to victims of the alleged fraud by the Floodcheck Academy Limited, headed directors, Adam William Saint and William Henry Saint, as part of our ongoing investigations. We believe that investors who sent funds after the 28th of May 2019 should be eligible for a refund under UK banking regulations.

What happened with Floodcheck Academy Limited?

The directors Adam William Saint and William Henry Saint, started the company Floodcheck Academy Limited in 2011 and proposed an investment in flood prevention technology.

Unfortunately, the investment scheme collapsed, and investors were left out of pocket. These types of investments collapsing are common recently, and it shows the rise in these alleged fraud cases, with similar cases such as; ACH Investments and Safely Investing Ltd

Floodcheck Academy Limited has since gone into compulsory liquidation and there have been appointed administrators to oversee the process.

What to do if you have invested?

If you’ve been affected, it’s important to know you’re not alone. We are currently speaking to victims who have been affected by Floodcheck Academy Limited to investigate, and we believe some investors have a successful chance of recovering their funds.

Your payments could also be covered by the Mandatory Reimbursement Scheme
