The Buy2Let Cars investment scheme collapsed when it was shut down by the Financial Conduct Authority in February 2021. Investors were left out of pocket and all investors who approached their banks were told that they were not eligible for reimbursement under industry codes and regulations.

Over 200 investors approached us in May 2023 with losses of over £16 million. In March 2024, we won our first Buy2Let cases and achieved full reimbursement for all our clients totalling £12 million to date. We expect to recover the full losses of £16 million.
