Starting as a fraud investigator, Raj built his knowledge and analytical skills to help recover over £4 million for fraud victims. He then used that expertise to move into managing our FOS team. He now oversees the FOS team who liaise directly with the banks and FOS, managing information requests and appeals to ensure the outcomes we receive are fair and in line with industry standards.
