Shaun is legally trained (LLB and LLM) and is an expert in consumer rights issues and fraud. He previously worked at the Financial Ombudsman Service for six years handling insurance cases, including as a Team Manager overseeing investigations for four years.

He has held consultancy positions on large-scale regulatory remediation projects for financial services firms, and leadership positions in the APP scam prevention space. In total he has more than 15 years' experience in the regulatory and compliance industry.

Shaun is a cryptocurrency expert, holds Chainalysis cryptocurrency tracing certification, and leads our complex cryptocurrency investigations.
