Fraud can happen to anyone. As scams have become more sophisticated, they increasingly combine technology, social engineering and psychological manipulation in ways that can be incredibly difficult to spot. When someone loses money to fraud, the financial impact is often only the beginning. There can be uncertainty about what to do next, frustration with the process and difficult questions about whether the money can be recovered at all.

That’s where Refundee comes in. We’re fraud recovery specialists; it’s what we do. We use our specialist knowledge to give our customers the best possible chance of recovering money they’ve lost to fraud.
